The article considers the possibilities of achieving the efficiency of interaction between school, family and society in formation of business traits of character of rural school students within the system of project-based learning that has been developed by the author. The conceptual substantiation of the interaction systems and methodological foundations has been introduced, the conditions for realization and assessment criteria of the attained result efficiency have been determined. That allows to adapt the system for other rural secondary educational institutions of the Russian regions.
