Ensuring environmental safety during primary oil refining

The characteristic of the process of primary oil refining by rectification is given. The description of the target products - fractions of hydrocarbons with different boiling points is presented. A practical calculation of the material and thermal balance of production has been performed. The following issues were investigated: control of oil refining production, environmental problems during primary oil refining and general occupational safety requirements. A constructive calculation of a tubular furnace as a device for introducing energy into the system and an absorber as a device for ensuring the environmental safety of the process has been carried out.
