Ensuring the quality of financial management by automating the processes of results-based and project activities

The article discusses the construction of an information system for managing state programs and projects in order to improve the quality of financial management. At present, 18 state programs are being implemented in St. Petersburg, and a list of 10 priority city projects, five of which are already being implemented, has been compiled. The implementation of a unified technological support of the program-targeted and project activities will reduce labor costs, minimize errors and increase the speed of implementation of the processes of project and program-targeted management. The authors considers the problems solved by the implementation of this information system. The stages of introducing the system into the executive bodies are specified: the input requirements and the results of the stages are specified. A system architecture consisting of basic, related, technical, and supporting modules is proposed.
