Ensuring personnel security during the economic crisis

The article is devoted to the actual aspects of ensuring the organization's personnel security. The article presents the results of the author's research of personnel risks of the organization in the conditions of crisis. Based on these results, the main problems of ensuring the organization's personnel security in a crisis are identified and ways to minimize personnel risks are shown.
