The article deals with the ways of ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions. The necessity of search of the effective mechanism of ensuring competitiveness of the organizations is proved. The laws of competition and their implementation in the conditions of transformation of economic processes are analyzed.
