Supporting research intensity of pedagogical and psychopedagogical technologies in the field of higher education and post graduate education is the most important applied problem in psychology. The article presents psychological theoretical-methodological substantiation of “innovative readiness” construct, which compiles the psychological methodology of diagnostics and the innovative readiness training program which is being developed by the authors, who work as a team on a project within Strategic Development Program of the Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V.P. Astafiev.
