Ensuring information transparency and accessibility of the constitutional (statutory) justice of the subjects of the Russian Federation

Introduction: the article examines the main ways of ensuring the information transparency of the constitutional (statutory) courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It is noted that the measures taken in this direction are carried out in the context of increasing the level of openness of the judicial system of the Russian Federation as a whole, which is a reflection of the attitude of the leadership of the Russian state and the professional community of judges. Materials and Methods: in the course of work on the article, logical, systemic, formal legal methods are used. Normative legal acts of the federal and regional levels, as well as the practice of bodies of constitutional (charter) justice of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are used as the materials of the work.
