Ensuring openness and transparency of public administration of the Kyrgyz Republic as one of the tools for preventing corruption

This article discusses modern measures to prevent corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic, and its impact on socio-political and socio-economic processes in the country. Modern approaches to criminal law norms for the prevention of corruption are outlined by creating legal conditions for «openness» and «transparency» of public administration, as well as a chronological analysis of legislation in this area, including criminal norms, it is proposed to use these provisions as basic ones for the fight against corruption in any state.
