Ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of minor victim at the stage of receiving crime report

The article analyzes features of reception of applications about the crimes committed against the minors emanating from their legal representatives and directly from minors. The conclusion is drawn that the criminal procedure law doesn’t regulate particularities of the minor victim’s participation at an initial stage of criminal legal proceedings. Corresponding changes in Art. 141 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation for elimination of gaps in this part of law are offered.
