In this article, the author considers the issue of ensuring the rights of owners in the implementation of urban development projects. The study reflects the importance of the mechanism for ensuring the rights of owners and the impact on the exercise of the rights of the owner when changing urban zoning in the context of intersection with public interests. The author provides ways to protect the violated rights of owners.
