The issues of perpetuation of the legitimate interest of the suspect (accused) when concluding a pretrial cooperation agreement are studied. The role of guarantees of defense of the legitimate interest is shown. Recommendations for improvement of Criminal Procedure Law and improvement of quality of operation of law are given.
