Ensuring transport security in the Russian Federation: modern problems and solutions

Ensuring transport security at transport infrastructure facilities and vehicles is one of the serious problems facing the Russian Federation. It should be noted that the modern transport complex consists of a huge number of transport infrastructure facilities, as well as vehicles and entities that carry out their activities, including ensuring the transport security of persons on transport facilities. However, legal, organizational, and economic issues have not been resolved to date. The state of transport security is based on the fundamental interests of not only the individual, but also the state, because the state of transport security has a direct impact on the indicators of domestic and foreign policy. As a result, strengthening transport security becomes a priority for every citizen of the Russian Federation. It is important to emphasize that each person should strengthen their moral position and raise the level of legal information, including respect for other people so that everyone can feel safe. On the basis of the study, it is proposed to amend the legislation of the Russian Federation, the subjects of transport security to develop and implement measures aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens from unlawful encroachments by criminal elements. These aspects pose the main task for the state - the creation of such a system that would correspond to the high levels of security and safety of citizens while they are at transport infrastructure facilities. And the solution of this task will be carried out with a clear interaction of all subjects of transport security.
