Ensuring sustainable economic development: fundamentals of administrative and legal regulation

The current problems of administrative and legal regulation of ensuring sustainable economic development by the state are considered. The general state is revealed, possible prospects are determined and a number of recommendations are made to create conditions “for sustainable economic growth of the country and improving the welfare of citizens” in accordance with Article 75.1 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
