Ensuring victimological safety and crime prevention using information technologies

The article focuses on the fact that victimological security is impossible without effective crime prevention using modern information technologies. The system of victimological preventive impact on crime by various subjects of prevention is analyzed, problematic aspects of this activity are highlighted and ways to solve them are proposed. The classification of technical means of victimological crime prevention for different users is proposed. Information technologies for victimological security and crime prevention are presented for various reasons and new ones are proposed for more effective protection of the victim. The necessity of using modern information technologies in relevant areas of victimological science is substantiated.
