Ensuring victimological safety of employees of the penitentiary system from the criminal encroachment of condemned

In article the reasons of the criminal encroachments of condemned against the employees of the penitentiary system, issues connected with ensuring of victimological safety of employees are considered. The author’s attention is paid to questions of reforming the penitentiary system in connection with the analysis of the reasons of criminal activity of condemned and need of ensuring due level of safety of employee of penitentiary system. As a result of research, the author offers solutions of the problems designated in article.
