The relevance of the chosen study lies in the fact that at present the customs authorities in the country are increasingly faced with violations of intellectual property rights in foreign economic activity and foreign trade. A particularly important role in regulating the intellectual property market falls on the customs authorities, which carry out customs control and customs operations involving the movement of intellectual property objects across the customs border of the EAEU. In turn, to improve the protection of intellectual property rights, in order to increase the effectiveness of customs control, it is necessary for the right holders to have a direct impact with the customs authorities with the help of special created software, where the right holders can quickly inform the customs authorities about the detected facts of violation.
