Providing housing for young families. The problem of the implementation of the subprogram "Providing housing for young families in the Kurmanayevsky district" at the municipal level

Аnnotation: Support for young families in improving housing conditions through the implementation of the subprogram "Providing housing for young families in the Kurmanayevsky district" of the municipal program "Stimulating housing development in the municipality Kurmanayevsky district in 2015-2020" is the most important direction of the youth policy of the Kurmanaevsky district. The implementation mechanism of the subprogramme involves the provision of state support to young families participating in the subprogramme in improving housing conditions by providing them with social benefits. In this connection, in this article a large place is given to the analysis of the provision of housing for young families in the municipality Kurmanayevsky district for the period from 2012-2018. The main attention is drawn to the problem of implementation of the subprogramme "Providing housing for young families in the Kurmanayevsky district" at the municipal level over the past three years: the problem of financial support for program activities.
