Interim measures of the performance of public contracts

This article deals with interim measures in the performance of public contracts in accordance with the Federal law «Оn the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs» from 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ. The analysis of law enforcement practice to ensure the execution of public contracts, considered the legal regulation in the field of enforcement of contracts.
