Desulphurization of oil as a factor of competitiveness increase of oil refineries

The article deals with the problem of the high sulfur content in the oil. Lowering the sulfur content in petroleum refineries opens the way to the world markets. An alternative to the closure of Russian oil refineries, petrochemical plants could be processing through its desulfurization.
