Updating the process of managing the economics of the quality of the organization’s management

The complex of management processes in economic systems ensures the formation and maintenance of operational and managerial activities to achieve their goals and implement the strategy. The attributes of the normative and existing state of the economic management process of the quality of the organization's management were determined. This made it possible to identify problems within the framework of this management process of the selected organization. To eliminate the problems, innovative proposals were developed with equipping them with tools based on the inclusion of management decision-making methods.
