Experience generalization on social and economic justice category forming

This article generalizes and analyses the experience of the category of Equity up to the beginning of the XX century. It observes the formation of the Equity category from its understanding as an ethical criterion in society up to criterion and method of economic relations as well as the formation of the utilitarian concept of justice.
