The article is devoted to one of the complicated tasks of educational institutions – the enrichment of students’ creative experience. The work presents the model of enrichment of creative experience, distinguishes and describes the main stages of this process, and shows the results of using the model on the basis of the Voronezh Institute of Innovation Systems.
