Defense security of Russia in the national security system

The article is devoted to the problems of correlation of national, military and defense security. The author reveals the place and role of defense security system as one of the main subsystems of the national security. He also substantiates the urgency of developing and implementing a new state policy to ensure security that is adequate to the existing challenges, risks and threats to international, regional and national security.
