Turnover of "big data": risks and prospects of legal regulation

The article deals with the issue of legal regulation of the turnover of «big data». The risks of their commercialization are described. Examples from foreign practice are given. The authors conducted a technical and legal analysis of the design of the contract for the provision of information services. Amendments to the current legislation are proposed.
