Equipment and technology of woodworking flexible processes

Questions of machines flexible configuration in woodworking shops of the logging enterprises are considered. It is established that in woodworking shops with small production volumes and multinomenclature release of a ready wood product application of flexible configuration of machines in technological flows is reasonable. It provides the maximum loading of the used machines and the equipment and allows to change quickly routes of handling of procurements in the shop depending on change of composition of the processed wood raw materials and the nomenclature of the issued wood product. Options of handling of wood raw materials in shops with flexible configuration of machines, and also classification of flexible woodworking processes are shown. Results of calculations the loading of a weight handling equipment when servicing machines are given in the shop.
