Substantiation of the concept for shaping a new model of modern social policy

The article analyses the goals of the present Russian social policy and the tasks for its improvement. It considers the state duty in this sphere to maintain social stability in the country, to encourage entrepreneurship and highly effective work of employees, as well as the economic character and role of the social standards of living levels, income, and work remuneration.
