Justification of constructive parameters of the tools for performance of strip tillage in an energy-saving agriculture system

The competent use of resource-saving technologies is not only resource-based, but also economically profitable. Scientists of the Volgograd State Agrarian University have developed a system of machines for strip tillage with the ability to regulate the parameters of the processed strip. When planning a method of soil cultivation, taking into account the adaptive landscape features of the applied farming system, it is necessary to take into account the possibility of minimizing soil cultivation. The factors for choosing this direction are significant deviations from the standard indicators of density, cohesion, hydromorphism and solonetzicity. The presence of other undesirable characteristics of the soil environment is important. This has an impact on the development of the necessary approaches to the formation of energy-saving principles and soil cultivation systems. A method of minimum tillage, a resource-saving working body «ROPA» and a tillage tool for strip loosening OMPO-5,6, performing shallow tillage with a strip deepening, are proposed. Adjustment of the loosening depth from the chisel is achieved within 0,25-0,4 m and is selected taking into account the crop grown on the farm. The presence of a trimming foot allows you to adjust the parameters of the continuous loosening zone. Possible interval is 0,13-0,23 m with a step of 0,05 m. The maximum depth of loosening by the tool from the bit is 0,4 m. When the bit is set to the minimum depth (0,25 m), the zone of continuous loosening is in the interval 0,08-0,03 m is provided by the movement of the trimming foot. The relationship between the design parameters of the tool has been studied theoretically and experimentally. By means of a simple structural adjustment of the position of the undercutting arm (in depth and width and location relative to the chisel bit), it is possible to adjust the parameters of the resulting processed and untreated strips. Consequently, in order to perform the accepted technological process of soil cultivation, taking into account its minimization, at the design stage or when choosing a plow, it is required to set certain design parameters (M, B, hр).
