Justification of the directions of optimization of the agribusiness economy and forecast of its development

Sustainable socio-economic development of an innovative and active territory largely depends on the validity of the choice of its functional application. This choice allows us to evaluate the ability of a particular territory to be used for the purpose of effective placement of investment objects on the basis of a complex system of criteria factors. The solution to the problem of determining economically and socially justified areas of specific use of the territory consists of an analysis of strategic resources, taking into account a comprehensive assessment of the relative cost of the territory and highlighting its functional priority.
