Justification of organizational, economic and legal instruments for the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar territory

The article examines the dynamics of the gross regional product, gross added value of the sectors of agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming in the Krasnodar Territory for the period 2017-2021. The main indicators of the regional economy of the Krasnodar Territory have been identified, which made it possible to substantiate the organizational, economic and legal instruments for the development of its priority industry - the agro-industrial complex. The predicted socio-economic effect as a result of the implementation of organizational, economic, administrative and legal measures substantiated by us to stimulate business activity in the regional agro-industrial complex is to increase the income of agricultural producers of the Krasnodar Territory, reduce the payback period of investment projects implemented in the agro-industrial complex, increase employment (which is especially important in rural localities), increasing tax revenues to local, regional and federal budgets. The results of the study can be used by government authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the preparation and implementation of programs for socio-economic development and structural diversification of the regional economy.
