Justification of the scheme and parameters of the gas distribution network of the production base

The most effective measure to improve the efficiency of the low-pressure gas distribution network is the development of an optimal layout of gas pipelines. For an enterprise where several types of blue fuel with different calorific values are used as an energy carrier, a rational scheme of the network and parameters of gas pipelines was determined by the method of sequential exclusion. When using this scheme, pressure losses during operation of the gas distribution network in emergency mode do not exceed the maximum permissible values. As a result of the correlation analysis, the dependences of pressure changes on the heat of combustion and the gas flow contour are obtained. These mathematical models make it possible to predict the magnitude of pressure losses when using gaseous fuels with any combustion temperature.
