The article analyzes the main directions for reducing the time a vehicle is under repair at a motor transport enterprise, taking into account the identified shortcomings of existing methods for monitoring the technical condition of vehicles that do not allow efficient processing and storage of large amounts of statistical data, which leads to the impossibility of predicting the occurrence of a malfunction and, in connection with this definition of the nomenclature of spare parts with a given accuracy. The method of automated control of the technical condition of a vehicle (V) in the process of transportation of goods through the use of a matrix QR code in order to carry out contactless identification of the state of transport systems is considered. The principle of functioning of data transmission systems, types of support used in the design of systems are analyzed. The necessity of monitoring the state of the vehicle and developing a system for informing the driver and other road users of systems about the technical condition of vehicles and transport infrastructure in real time has been established. The principle of operation of the on-board information and control systems (CIMS), which collect information about the technical condition of the vehicle, as well as the types of multiplex buses of the CIMS and their parameters, is considered. A model for collecting and displaying information received from the CIMS using a matrix QR code is proposed, the structure of the QR code for the correct functioning of the proposed method is described.
