The substantiation of the treatment tactic at patients of old-aged group with tumors of the hepato-pancreato-duodenal zone

There was provided the retrospective analyze of treatment of patients with tumor lesionof the hepatopancreatoduodenal zone. Basing on the obtained data there was constructed anindividual prediction model of the results of radical operations. Derived mathematical modelwas applied to a prospective group to estimate the prognosis accuracy. It was establishedthat the age does not significantly influence the prognosis of the long-term outcomes, theleading prognostic factors of the radical operation is the value of the Charlson ComorbidityIndex (CCI), the level of total bilirubin and level of urea.
