Failure criterion substantiation of technological decisions in forest road construction

A method of forest road construction “from road furrows” is described in the article. A technique estimating the strength of the roadbed layers at the project stage of forest road construction is proposed. Experimental results substantiating the use of the recommended validation model aimed at the assessment of the roadbed layers’ strength are provided. Recommendations assisting in the provision of the necessary strength of the roadbed layers are presented.
