Rationale for the importance of knowledge management in the vietnam oil and gas industry

The oil and gas industry, due to objective reasons, for example, such as: an increase in the share of hard-to-recover reserves, a decrease in the quality of hydrocarbons, etc., is a sector that uses a huge amount of modern knowledge in various fields of production and economic activity. This article will analyze and assess the importance of knowledge management in the successful implementation of oil and gas projects. In addition, the authors also propose some solutions and measures to improve the knowledge management process, based on the example of the Vietnamese state oil and gas company (PetroVietnam).
