Justification of the choice of rational technology deployment centers of temporary accommodation of the population suffered from the accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters

First, to provide the scientific and methodological apparatus for solving the problem of substantiation of choice of rational technology deployment centers of temporary accommodation of the population suffered from accidents and natural disasters (hereinafter ISD), as a result of analysis [4, 5, 13] deployments PTS justified: list of operations on deployment of the ISD, with the development of a network installation of machinery and equipment; efficient technology deployment PTS; selected methods by which it is supposed to solve this problem.
