Dealing with waste: ethical aspects

The fall in production during the transition to a "market economy" did not lead to a decrease in the burden on the natural environment. A positive shift in the improvement of the situation can not be achieved without a mass awareness of the need for everyone's personal involvement in maintaining cleanliness, accuracy in collecting waste, and preparing them for recycling.
