Foreclosure of the mortgaged dwelling and evictions of those living there: law enforcement practice

The article analyzes the history of legal regulation of the foreclosure of the mortgaged premises, examines problems in law enforcement. The author examines the termination of the right to use the living room and the eviction of those living there as a result of foreclosure on residential premises and formulate a common approach to their solution, which is based on achieving a balance of interests of all stakeholders.
