The reverse side of the meme of the state cadastre valuation of land

Using the conceptual framework of science doctrine of R. Dawkins who developed the evolution doctrine, the author defines the replicating information units in the field of law. The development of a legal meme of the state cadastral assessment of lands on the examples of real jurisprudence cases is analyzed in the article. The statement that use of a legal pattern by the legislator in inappropriate branches leads to its memonization, which means the loss of its regulatory functions is confirmed by the real law enforcement actions. Giving the additional regulatory functions to the state cadastral assessment in the legislation of the Russian Federation generates inconsistent conclusions about the rights and duties of persons, exercising the right for judicial protection.
