Image of prosperous future of youth on opinion of specialists on working with youth of Tyumen region

This article presents an assessment of the perception of factors in the two major age generations of Russia that affect the formation of the image of the future for young people. Differences between the views of age generations on the evaluation of the future of young people, on the main criteria affecting the prosperous future of young people. Presented arguments that justify the key importance in the study of the image of future youth by sociological sciences. Analyzed a results of a sociological study conducted in the Tyumen region, the purpose of which was to identify the opinion of experts working in the youth field, about availability, evaluation and the main ways to achieve a prosperous future for modern youth. Revealed the main differences between the perception among experts as representatives of the adult generation and youth about the main factors, influencing on formation of a prosperous image of the future of youth in the Tyumen region. The main difference, which is that most of the youth consider the idealistic image of the future, the achievement of which they plan at the expense of only subjective factors, without focusing on the influence of external factors. According to experts, there is no pragmatism among young people in shaping their prosperous image of the future.
