The image of the ideal governor in treatise "Kuantsu"

The article is devoted to the treatise of ancient Chinese philosophical thought "Kuantsu"("Master Kuan") (Hf"?) and its conception of an ideal ruler's image. Main principles of managing people at the period of formation of Chinese state system are analyzed in this article.
