This article describes a research aimed at analyzing the content of the image of the world and the time of the monks of Russia and Nepal. The image of the world is a holistic, multilevel system of the person's ideas about himself, his activity, other people and about the world; a totality of representations of the subject about himself, a psychological mechanism whose main task is to compare the data of representations with the patterns of behavior, semantic reference points, images of a person. The image of the world is the orienting basis for the behavior of the person. Being the most important component of human activity time connects all the structures of reality, passes through the whole life line. Time is inseparable from the person, it binds the image of the world together and at the same time it serves as a component of the image of the world. The results of the research revealed qualitative and quantitative (statistically significant) differences in the following methods: associative experiment on stimulus "the world I live in" and "time", projective methods "The Picture of the World", "Draw a Time", "Past, Present, Future ". The image of the world and time of the monks of Russia is distinguished as metaphorical, metaphysical and abstract. The image of the world and time of the monks of Nepal is distinguished as realistic, positive, syncretistic of the system "I am - the World".
