The paper presents the image of B. Nemtsov’s world reconstructed on the data of the texts of his public appearances in 2011 by means of the frequency analysis method. The data processing was carried out in the Information System «Semograph» designed to extract knowledge about subject areas from data arrays of any size. The Image of the world in the paper is understood as a system of principles that organize senses, categories, and worldviews relevant to a person – everything constituting the substantive content of the picture of a man’s world. The image of Nemtsov’s world is presented as a hierarchy of lexical groups (macrofields and semantic fields) that represent common priorities in reflection of the politician within the analysed period.
