From 1930s women were considered to be additional working force for needs of industrialization. This approach predetermined the main features of propaganda of gender equality in mastering male jobs. Changes in gender order, which began under the influence of industrialization, has received new impetus in conditions of recruitment of men and replacement of male labor on female. The war was an important factor in the transformation of gender in attitude of the authorities to the changing role of women.
