Image of a chief woman

The paper considered a trend showing the women who strive to get leading posts increase in numbers every year. However, on the other hand, stereotypes persist on women as a staffer unable to perform the executive duties. The study examined the working men and women who told their mind on an image of a chief woman; how the image correlated to a concept of an ideal woman. The authors have carried out a qualitative survey thereto with the sentence completion technique applied.
