The article deals with value of education in the international aspect. Basing upon analysis of international and regional acts, the author considers education as a value of the international law, which contributes to the description of topical issues of constitutional right of education in the Russian Federation. On the ground of the researches the author comes to the conclusion that the role of the international cooperation in the field of education is growing, since it involves various groups of people of the entire world.
