Education -related migration of foreign youth into Russia

Studying of foreign students in Russian educational institutions of professional education is the most promising and effective way to attract young qualified employees in popular specialties. The state is interested in attracting young people, because they represent the intellectual, physical and labor potential of the country, also they are mobility, susceptibility to new technologies and dynamism, so their participation in migration processes has a qualitative impact on the redistribution of labor resources between industries and territories.
