The article introduces the master degree course the field of environmental protection technologies, designed within the bounds of acting TEMPUS project 159305-TEMPUS-1-2009-1-DE-TEMPUS-JPCR «Advanced M.Sc. Program in Ecology for Volga-Caspian Basin». Main purposes and tasks of the course, its structure, the importance of training of advanced skilled personnel for region are shown.
