Educational problems of students at the college of tourism

The article considers the formation of professional competence of the future experts in tourism and services as the current challenge. Receiving of quality individual and personal education, as well as the re-opening of new promising opportunities for professional realization and career development in different sectors of the tourism industry, are specially accented in the article. The essence of training and production practices is presented, its significant role in the training of students on the specialty "Organization and technology of tourism service" at the College of Tourism is revealed.
