Educational strategies of university of culture in the context of the tasks of the state cultural policy of Russia

The report focuses on the formation of educational strategies of cultural universities in the context of the tasks of the state cultural policy. The relevance of the topic is due, fi rst, to the priority areas and tasks of the second stage of the implementation of the Strategy for the State Cultural Policy of Russia (2020-2030). The sphere of specialized education is considered as a structural element of the state cultural policy. This approach lays the foundation for understanding the social mission of culture as a tool for transferring to new generations the system of values that make up the core of national identity. Currently, under the infl uence of global development trends, the processes of transformation in the fi eld of domestic art education are actively underway. Educational strategies of cultural universities in the context of the tasks of the state cultural policy of Russia through strengthening the role of human capital as the main factor in social and economic development, implement a wide range of socially signifi cant functions. As the main conclusion, it is emphasized that the compliance of the key performance indicators of the educational strategy of the university of culture with the priority areas of the state cultural policy can and should be used to qualitatively assess the productivity of the institution of higher education in the industry and improve its overall management system.
