General and specific in the new employment conditions on the labor market in the country and its regions

The article discusses new employment conditions in connection with the latest changes in labor legislation and the growth of digitalization in the field of labor relations. The authors analyze legislative and socio-economic changes in various aspects of the modern labor market in Russia and its regions. The article considers directions of state support and regulation of employment on the base of ten main changes in the new labor legislation. The results obtained allow us to hope for strengthening the sustainability of the development of the labor market in the country and its regions in the near future.
